Earl Edward Payton Memorial Scholarships

Earl Payton, Trend Technologies’ past CEO, was a motivational and inspirational leader. His work ethic and drive helped to make Trend what it is today. As an employer of over 3200 people in nine countries, Trend is committed to supporting our employees’ and their families’ desire to advance their education.

In memory of, and to honor his legacy, Trend Technologies is proud to offer the Earl Edward Payton Memorial Scholarships. These awards will be presented to employees, or their children, who are seeking advanced degrees and best meet the requirements of the scholarship. Earl strongly believed that reading and education were two of the most important keys to success and encouraged others to engage in
life-long learning.

This year, Trend will be offering scholarships to qualified applicants for tuition, books, and housing, and who have committed to attending an institution of higher learning. An objective selection committee will decide on the winners and the funds will be distributed directly to them.
