Files with extensions: <file name>.DRW - Drawing files, <file name>.PRT – Solids and <file name>.ASM - Assembly files.

Note: <file name>.drw.? and <file name>.asm.? must contain all required <file name>.prt.? files in order to be usable.

Unigraphics: UG v11, 13 and 15
Files with extensions: <file name>.prt

IGES (3D)
Files with extensions: <file name>.igs
Wireframe IGES
Surface IGES

Note: Please include material selection, monthly, quarterly or yearly production quantities and part volumes in cu.mm or cu.in.

IGES (2D) and DXF
IGES (2D) and DXF files, CTF drawings (critical-to-function)
DXF files not containing CTF information may be used for quotation purposes provided that the 2D drawings include basic information, for design and manufacturing purposes.

FTP: Highly recommended

Floppy Diskettes: 3.5" format

DAT Tape: 4mm (90 meter only) – Unix or Windows NT formatted

CD media: Windows 95, 98, NT and 2000

Recommended that all files be compressed by using WINZIP / PKZIP for Windows platforms and tar/compressed for Unix platforms.
